Why TrueHair AI

We don't store your photos. Neither does Google.

Your photo lives in server memory only while we generate your visualization, then it's discarded. We run Google's Vertex AI in Zero Data Retention mode — caching is disabled and Google's abuse-monitoring logging exception has been approved for our project, so your photo isn't stored, logged, or used to train any model.

All three chatbots default to training on your conversations, storing them, and linking them to your account. You can opt out, but you have to go find the setting. Retention also varies: ChatGPT keeps chats until you delete them, Gemini keeps them for 18 months by default, and Claude keeps training data for up to 5 years when the setting is on. TrueHair AI doesn't follow any of these defaults — your photos aren't stored at all.
